What is Data,Information & Knowledge with Example
- DATA->It is facts,figures or raw form of contents without any added meaningor analaysis.For example "The price of crude oil is 560 rs. per barrel"
- Information-> is data that has been interpreted and analysed so that it has meaning for the user.For Example "The price of crude oil has risen from 560rs. to 630 rs. per barrel" gives meaning to data & so it is information to someone who tracks oil."
- Knowledge-> is combination of Information and experience that may benefit the individual or organization.For Example- "When crude oil prices go up by 70rs per barrel, it's likely that petrol prices will rise by 2rs per litre" is knowledge."
